NIGHT & DAY PRODUCTIONS STAFF CONTRACT MISSION STATEMENT:

Our goal is to provide exceptional service to events across California and Las Vegas. Whether it is a small house party, a wedding, or a large corporate event; our
clients and their guests deserve five-star service. Always go above and beyond, try to be one step ahead of the client, to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
EVENT BOOKING PROCESS:
•Text Messages will be sent out to determine availability for upcoming events.
•You will confirm your availability via text message
•A booking email will be sent out with all the staff details.
•Upon receipt of the booking email you will be responsible for completion of all responsibilities listed in booking email.
•If a situation arises and you will be unable to arrive at the event on time and in compliance with the following guidelines notify a Night & Day representative as soon as possible.
•It is essential to read and understand all event specific instructions.
•Confirmation Messages are sent out on the day before the event.
oPlease confirm before 2:00pm or you will be replaced for your shift.
oDo not confirm until you have read the information in the email. Information such as start times do change.
oIf there is inconsistent or contradictory information, please clarify which information is correct.
ATTIRE:
Presentation is very important in this industry. Always arrive to events fully-dressed and ready to begin working.
•Standard Uniform includes;
oLong Sleeve Black Button Up Dress Shirt (buttons to the neck & sleeves button at the wrist)
oLong Black Tie
oBlack Slacks (No Jeans)
oBlack Dress Shoes – Non-Slip (no slippers, house shoes, ballet flats or casual footwear)
•If weather requires warm clothing professional jackets or sweaters may be worn in addition to the standard uniform
oJackets must be black suit jackets or wool jackets
oBlack sweaters or sweater vests may be worn
oNo sweatshirts may be worn
•Clothes need to be neatly pressed
•Shirt tucked in and Tie on prior to entering the event
•Gentlemen should be clean shaven
•Ladies Hair should be neatly pulled back into a bun and makeup clean & fresh (no bright eye or lip colors; unless otherwise noted in the booking emails)
•Facial piercings must be removed for the event.
•If attire is provided by Night & Day Productions or the Event Client, then you must arrive onsite with hair & makeup already done.
•Any attire provided by the client or NDP must be returned at the end of the event.
SUPPLIES:
Having the proper tools is key to success
•Bartenders will be responsible for bringing; martini shakers, stirrer, jigger, muddler, speed pours, bar towels, cutting board, knife, garnish tray, beer & wine opener.
PASSING OUT BUSINESS CARDS:
Business cards help keep us in mind. Let guests know your name so they can request you specifically.
•Always have business cards during the event, here are examples of the best times to hand out cards:
oIf a guest asks for pricing
oWhen you hear someone refer to having bartenders, waiters, casino tables, and other offered services as a great idea
oIf a guest asks how the client found your services

•You may only pass out and promote Night & Day Productions. If you promote yourself or another company you will not be paid for the event and will not be scheduled for any future events.
oThere are situations where we cannot promote Night & Day Productions.
?When subcontracted by catering companies and certain event planners, we will not be allowed to display business cards or broadcast that you work for Night & Day Productions. You must say that you work for the subcontracting catering company. These clients are an expanding portion of our business and it is very important that we maintain their satisfaction and subsequent business. Notification will always be given if event is subcontracted.
BREAKS:
•If you need to take a break during the event, please do so outside of the event area. This includes smoke breaks. (under no circumstances should you smoke at the event site)
•Prior to taking a break notification must be given to the event lead or client.
•Breaks should be limited to 5-10 minutes.
•Do not leave the event site during a break
•You are only to eat food when the client themselves offer or the caterer brings a plate of food. Eating should be done very discreetly.
oPlease eat prior to arriving at the event site. We will not always be provided with food or have the opportunity to eat it. Please bring your own water.
oFor longer events bring a snack as we are not guaranteed to have scheduled breaks or meals provided.
oGuests should not be able to see you eat.
CATERING CLIENTS
CHECK-IN/OUT
•All catering clients require you to sign-in and sign-out of the event to track your hours
•The booking email will contain the name of the sign-in manager if we have that information. If we do not have that information you can ask at the kitchen when you arrive on site.
oIf you are unable to locate a sign-in manager please contact the NDP office (562.972.8218) for assistance and additional information.
•At the end of the event you must sign-out and initial your hours before leaving the site to be paid for those hours.
PRIVATE CLIENTS
CLOCK-IN & GREETINGS:
Remember that first impressions are lasting. One of the easiest ways to impress our clients is with punctuality. You can create a positive image for yourself and the company with a neat appearance and friendly greeting.
•You must check in via text to (562)972-8218 and enter your first name and last initial and weather you are clocking-in or out and include the time.
oClient billings and independent contractor payroll is based on these clock-ins.
oClock-ins will begin upon scheduled time or arrival whichever is later.
?Early clock-ins cannot be compensated unless client understands and agrees to additional charges.
?In this instance the office must be notified on the day of the event that the client has agreed to early clock-in time and charges.
oTraffic Conditions - Tardiness blamed on unexpected traffic is unacceptable.
oEvent related vehicle congestion may make locating parking difficult; Allocate several minutes for parking and walking.
oPlease note that the client is not aware of your arrival time, unless you greet them and make your presence evident.
oStaff failing to clock-in and clock-out will not be compensated.
•If you are the only Night & Day representative; upon arrival, confirm event-layout/timeline of responsibilities with the client prior to setup.
•If there is an event-lead present please allow event-lead to manage client-directions and timetable expectations. They will be your sole contact and give direction for the event.
•Regardless of the reason; PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE! It is much easier to call a client ten minutes before a staff-member is late, than deal with an upset client. Furthermore, your lead staff member will need to cover all spots regardless of the number of staff present.
•Bring all details emailed to you for the event. (Ex. timelines, menus, floor plans, etc.)
ADDITIONAL HOURS & PAYMENTS:
•When working without an event lead or banquet captain
o20 minutes prior to the scheduled event-end, you must approach the client and inquire if they would like to hire staff for additional time or prefer to have the final cleanup completed. Any additional time on site must be authorized.
oWaiters: When a noteworthy amount of cleanup is remaining, you must notify the client that the cleanup is unlikely to be finished in the next 20 minutes. If they do not wish you to stay later; do as much as much possible in the last 20 minutes. If everything is primarily done; do a final sweep of the event area and say good-bye to the Client.
•In the instance of overtime, approach the client 15 minutes prior to the newly-scheduled end time and inquire if cleanup should begin or more overtime is required.
•All Payments are collected by office staff; if client inquires about the cost of additional hours please refer them to their contract.
•Any additional time not verbally authorized by the client or contact on site will not be paid.
•IF THE CLIENT HAS NOT APPROVED ADDITIONAL TIME YOU MUST LEAVE THE EVENT SITE. YOU MAY NOT STAY ANY LATER FOR ANY REASON. FOR EXAMPLE;
oThe Client or guests of client invite you to hang out with them after the event. This is unprofessional and we do not allow it. Politely decline.
oOffer to have you stay and work for tips only
SAYING GOOD BYE & CHECK-OUT:
•Waiters Final Clean Up:
oConsider it is our goal to ensure that the client never steps foot in their kitchen; furthermore, their home /venue/ office should not be a disaster the following day.
oMaintaining the event area is a huge part of why our clients hire us and a great way to WOW!
?Throughout the evening, put dishes in dishwasher or wash them as needed
?Take out the trash
?Maintain restroom cleanliness
?Pick up trash throughout the party area
?Put away leftovers towards the end of the evening.
?If you ever feel like you lack anything to do. FIND SOMETHING TO CLEAN
•Bartender Final Clean up
oOffer to put away leftover beverages
oTake out the trash
oWipe down bar area
•Goodbye
oFollowing the final cleanup, find the client and say goodbye and thank you. Be sure to give them a business card, which is the best way to secure repeat business. Additionally, the goodbye is the most typical time for a client to give you gratuity and feedback on service.
•Please report event details: including all positive and negative happening throughout the afternoon or evening. All incidents should be reported such that issues can be addressed with the client before they begin potential complaints. A proactive strategy is a winning strategy.
oWith the check-out text staff will give a brief rundown of the event including positive and negative comments from guests/ clients. Also send in any photos from the site.
oYou must check out via text to (562)972-8218 and enter your first name and last initial and weather you are clocking in or out.

PAYROLL:
All payroll can be resolved using our lost or missing check form http://ndpstaff.com/team/payroll-info/missing-or-lost-check/ Please do not call or text with these inquires.
•Payroll is processed only on Mondays. Please be aware holidays may delay check delivery.
•Paperwork including this independent contractor and the W-9 tax form must be filled out in full. Paperwork received after 5pm on Sunday will not be processed until the following week. Checks will also not be processed until the following week.
•All receipts for parking or reimbursements must be sent with your check-out from the event.
•Travel expenses (gas, travel time, tolls, fines, citations, etc.) will not be reimbursed. Travel expenses, if required, must be approved prior to event detail confirmation.
•Compensation for events will be in the form of a check.
oChecks are valid for 21 Days.
oReplacement checks may take up to 21 days to be reissued •In the event that you move, please let us know through our website http://ndpstaff.com/team/payroll-info/change-of-address/
•All wages will be forfeited if paperwork is not received within 90 days of event date.
Wages may be garnished or withheld if the independent contractor is found not in compliance with the conditions in this handbook.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
•We do not tolerate drinking alcohol or any substance use on the job for any reason.
•Please do not use cell phones on the event site.
•Do not remove anything from the site (even with an invitation)
•Non-Disparagement: You shall not in any way undertake to harm, injure or disparage the Company, its officers, managers, or vendors, or in any other way exhibit an attitude of hostility toward them.
•You will not at any time provide negative reviews or feedback about the company. This includes verbal, written or suggested, and on any form of media or social activity.
•No smoking or vaping on the event site.
I hereby grant the Night & Day Productions permission to use my likeness in a photograph and any photographs I have taken in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Night & Day Productions and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Night & Day Productions to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Night & Day Productions from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Waiver and release of liability
In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in catering (the “activity”), and as consideration for the right to participate in the activity, i hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter in this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge ndpstaff llc, their clients, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that i may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this activity.
I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activity and i am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as participation in this activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the activity location(s). Nonetheless, i assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during this activity.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDPstaff LLC, against any and all claims, suits or actions or any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If NDPstaff LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, i agree to reimburse NDPstaff LLC.
I acknowledge that NDPstaff LLC and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of NDPstaff LLC.
I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic and actions of others, including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, event monitors, and/or producers of the event.
I acknowledge that i have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge NDPstaff LLC and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and i agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that i otherwise have to bring a legal action against NDPstaff LLC for personal injury or property damage.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of NDPstaff LLC, its agents, clients, and employees.
In the event that i should require medical care or treatment, i agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that i should carry my own health insurance.
In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my or my family’s willful actions, neglect or recklessness, i acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.
This agreement was entered into at arm’s-length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both the participant, and NDPstaff LLC agree that this agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into.
In the event that any provision contained within this release of liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long as the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and enforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.
I, the undersigned participant, affirm that i am of the age of 18 years or older, and that i am freely signing this agreement. I certify that i have read this agreement, that i fully understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and that i am signing it of my own free will.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, administrators and assigns to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payroll Info

Night & Day Productions knows that the only thing better that happy clients is happy staff. We are happy to help you with any payroll issues that you may have, but first have a look below to see if the answers are here.

Payroll is processed only on Mondays and includes payments for events from the previous Monday until Sunday of that week.

Compensation for events will be in the form of a check and are always mailed out via USPS. At this time direct deposit is not available.

Mail reaches its recipients at different paces depending on your local postal service personnel. However, most checks do arrive during the week they were processed. Please be aware of holidays that may delay check delivery.

All Checks are valid for 21 days.

If a replacement check is requested less than 21 days from the issuance you can choose to either wait until the 21 days has expired or you must pay the stop payment fee from the bank which is approximately $25.

If replacement checks are requested after 21 days from the original pay date no fees will be assessed.

All Night & Day staff is considered on-call staff and independent contractors. For tax purposes you must provide us with a W-9, if you are paid more than $600 dollars during the year you will qualify to receive a 1099 tax form. You can fill it out online or download a copy.

We have created a set of guidelines by which we expect all Night & Day representatives to follow. The staff contract has been created to outline our expectations for the booking process, attire, and conduct during events. The last page of the contract must be signed and returned to staff@ndpstaff.com along with the W-9 form.

Until We have received both the completed W-9 form and the signed staff contract we will not be able to process your payroll check. Paperwork can be filled out online or downloaded and sent in by fax, (866.299.1428) by email, (staff@ndpstaff.com) or mailed to (P.O. Box 11401, Newport Beach, CA 92658).

oClient billings and independent contractor payroll is based on these clock-ins.
oClock-ins will begin upon scheduled time or arrival whichever is later.
?Early clock-ins cannot be compensated unless client understands and agrees to additional charges.
?In this instance the office must be notified on the day of the event that the client has agreed to early clock-in time and charges.
oTraffic Conditions - Tardiness blamed on unexpected traffic is unacceptable.
oEvent related vehicle congestion may make locating parking difficult; Allocate several minutes for parking and walking.
oPlease note that the client is not aware of your arrival time, unless you greet them and make your presence evident.
oStaff failing to clock-in and clock-out will not be compensated.
•If you are the only Night & Day representative; upon arrival, confirm event-layout/timeline of responsibilities with the client prior to setup.
•If there is an event-lead present please allow event-lead to manage client-directions and timetable expectations. They will be your sole contact and give direction for the event.
•Regardless of the reason; PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE! It is much easier to call a client ten minutes before a staff-member is late, than deal with an upset client. Furthermore, your lead staff member will need to cover all spots regardless of the number of staff present.
•Bring all details emailed to you for the event. (Ex. timelines, menus, floor plans, etc.)
ADDITIONAL HOURS & PAYMENTS:
•When working without an event lead or banquet captain
o20 minutes prior to the scheduled event-end, you must approach the client and inquire if they would like to hire staff for additional time or prefer to have the final cleanup completed. Any additional time on site must be authorized.
oWaiters: When a noteworthy amount of cleanup is remaining, you must notify the client that the cleanup is unlikely to be finished in the next 20 minutes. If they do not wish you to stay later; do as much as much possible in the last 20 minutes. If everything is primarily done; do a final sweep of the event area and say good-bye to the Client.
•In the instance of overtime, approach the client 15 minutes prior to the newly-scheduled end time and inquire if cleanup should begin or more overtime is required.
•All Payments are collected by office staff; if client inquires about the cost of additional hours please refer them to their contract.
•Any additional time not verbally authorized by the client or contact on site will not be paid.
•IF THE CLIENT HAS NOT APPROVED ADDITIONAL TIME YOU MUST LEAVE THE EVENT SITE. YOU MAY NOT STAY ANY LATER FOR ANY REASON. FOR EXAMPLE;
oThe Client or guests of client invite you to hang out with them after the event. This is unprofessional and we do not allow it. Politely decline.
oOffer to have you stay and work for tips only
SAYING GOOD BYE & CHECK-OUT:
•Waiters Final Clean Up:
oConsider it is our goal to ensure that the client never steps foot in their kitchen; furthermore, their home /venue/ office should not be a disaster the following day.
oMaintaining the event area is a huge part of why our clients hire us and a great way to WOW!
?Throughout the evening, put dishes in dishwasher or wash them as needed
?Take out the trash
?Maintain restroom cleanliness
?Pick up trash throughout the party area
?Put away leftovers towards the end of the evening.
?If you ever feel like you lack anything to do. FIND SOMETHING TO CLEAN
•Bartender Final Clean up
oOffer to put away leftover beverages
oTake out the trash
oWipe down bar area
•Goodbye
oFollowing the final cleanup, find the client and say goodbye and thank you. Be sure to give them a business card, which is the best way to secure repeat business. Additionally, the goodbye is the most typical time for a client to give you gratuity and feedback on service.
•Please report event details: including all positive and negative happening throughout the afternoon or evening. All incidents should be reported such that issues can be addressed with the client before they begin potential complaints. A proactive strategy is a winning strategy.
oWith the check-out text staff will give a brief rundown of the event including positive and negative comments from guests/ clients. Also send in any photos from the site.
oYou must check out via text to (562)972-8218 and enter your first name and last initial and weather you are clocking in or out.

PAYROLL:
All payroll can be resolved using our lost or missing check form http://ndpstaff.com/team/payroll-info/missing-or-lost-check/ Please do not call or text with these inquires.
•Payroll is processed only on Mondays. Please be aware holidays may delay check delivery.
•Paperwork including this independent contractor and the W-9 tax form must be filled out in full. Paperwork received after 5pm on Sunday will not be processed until the following week. Checks will also not be processed until the following week.
•All receipts for parking or reimbursements must be sent with your check-out from the event.
•Travel expenses (gas, travel time, tolls, fines, citations, etc.) will not be reimbursed. Travel expenses, if required, must be approved prior to event detail confirmation.
•Compensation for events will be in the form of a check.
oChecks are valid for 21 Days.

•All wages will be forfeited if paperwork is not received within 90 days of event date.
Wages may be garnished or withheld if the independent contractor is found not in compliance with the conditions in this handbook.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
•We do not tolerate drinking alcohol or any substance use on the job for any reason.
•Please do not use cell phones on the event site.
•Do not remove anything from the site (even with an invitation)
•Non-Disparagement: You shall not in any way undertake to harm, injure or disparage the Company, its officers, managers, or vendors, or in any other way exhibit an attitude of hostility toward them.
•You will not at any time provide negative reviews or feedback about the company. This includes verbal, written or suggested, and on any form of media or social activity.
•No smoking or vaping on the event site.
I hereby grant the Night & Day Productions permission to use my likeness in a photograph and any photographs I have taken in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Night & Day Productions and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Night & Day Productions to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Night & Day Productions from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Waiver and release of liability
In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in catering (the “activity”), and as consideration for the right to participate in the activity, i hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter in this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge ndpstaff llc, their clients, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that i may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this activity.
I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activity and i am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as participation in this activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the activity location(s). Nonetheless, i assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during this activity.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDPstaff LLC, against any and all claims, suits or actions or any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If NDPstaff LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, i agree to reimburse NDPstaff LLC.
I acknowledge that NDPstaff LLC and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of NDPstaff LLC.
I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic and actions of others, including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, event monitors, and/or producers of the event.
I acknowledge that i have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge NDPstaff LLC and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and i agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that i otherwise have to bring a legal action against NDPstaff LLC for personal injury or property damage.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of NDPstaff LLC, its agents, clients, and employees.
In the event that i should require medical care or treatment, i agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that i should carry my own health insurance.
In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my or my family’s willful actions, neglect or recklessness, i acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.
This agreement was entered into at arm’s-length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both the participant, and NDPstaff LLC agree that this agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into.
In the event that any provision contained within this release of liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long as the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and enforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.
I, the undersigned participant, affirm that i am of the age of 18 years or older, and that i am freely signing this agreement. I certify that i have read this agreement, that i fully understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and that i am signing it of my own free will.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, administrators and assigns to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Specialty Cocktail Menus

These are a list of specialty cocktails that we have put together for our clients over the years.

Bloody Maria

  • 1oz Tequila
  • 1 Slice of Lemon
  • 2oz Tomato Juice
  • 1 Dash Lemon Juice
  • 1 Dash Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Dash Celery Salt

Shake all ingredients and serve. Garnish with Lemon.

Sun Shower

  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1/8 Orange Slice
  • 2oz Cucumber Lime Vodka
  • 3/4oz Agave Juice
  • 3/4oz Lime Juice
  • Flamed Orange Peel

Muddle Mint & Orange. Add ice, vodka, agave juice and lime juice shake. Strain. Garnish with mint and flamed orange peel.

Mangojito

  • 1oz Vodka
  • 1/2oz Coconut Rum
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 3oz Mango Mix

Mix vodka, coconut rum and mango mix. Shake and serve. Garnish with lime wedge and raspberries

Snow Cosmo

  • 3oz Citrus Vodka
  • 2oz Cointreau
  • 3oz White Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • Cranberries

Add ingredients, shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with cranberries.

Watermelon Martini

  • 4oz Watermelon Juice
  • 2oz Vodka
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Salt (optional)
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar (optional)
  • Watermelon Slices

Mix salt and sugar and rim glass. Shake and strain other ingredients into martini glass. Garnish with watermelon slice.

Blackberry Mojito

  • 3 Blackberries
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 1.5oz Light Rum
  • Lemon Lime Soda

Muddle Blackberries and mint in lime juice. Add ice and rum, fill with soda.

Pepper Basil Caipirnha

  • 1 Spoon White Pepper Corns
  • 1 Spoon Sugar
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 10 Basil Leaves
  • 2oz Cachaca

Muddle peppercorns sugar lime juice and basil leaves. Add cachaca and ice. Garnish with basil.

Rainforest Cooler Caipirnha

  • 1 Spoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 2-3 Raspberries
  • 2-3 Blueberries
  • 2-3 Strawberries
  • 2oz Cachaca

Muddle sugar lime and fruit. Add Cachaca and ice.

Lemongrass Martini

  • 1oz Jalepeno Infused Vodka
  • 1oz Mandarin Vodka
  • 1oz Lemongrass Simple Syrup
  • 1.5oz Ginger Juice
  • 1oz Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Jalapeno Infused Vodka – Vodka needs to be infused 24-48 hour prior to serving.

Lemongrass Simple Syrup – after making simple syrup (1part water to 1part sugar) seal lemongrass stalks in simple syrup for 30 minutes or more

.Ginger Juice – Grate ginger root and strain juice with cheesecloth.

Cucumber Basil Martini

  • 1oz Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 3″ piece of Cucumber
  • 3 Basil Leaves
  • 2oz Gin
  • 1/4oz Lime Juice

Muddle cucumber, lime juice and basil leaves. Add remaining igredients shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cucumber round and basil leaf.

Ginger Simple Syrup – Add 1oz ginger juice to 10oz simple syrup (simple syrup is 1part water to 1part sugar). Ginger root can be grated and strained through a cheesecloth.

Champange Dream

  • 1oz Pama
  • 1oz Cointreau
  • 1oz Orange Juice
  • 3oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Orange Zest

Shake and strain liqueurs into champagne glass. Add champagne. Garnish with orange zest.

Rosemary Lavender

  • 2oz Rosemary Infused Gin
  • 1/2oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2oz Lavender Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Rosemary Stalk

Mix gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup. Fill with club soda. Garnish with Rosemary Stalk.

Rosemary Infused Gin – Lightly pound two stalks of rosemary and place in gin for 5 hour to 3 days (until color changes)

Lavender Syrup – Boil 1oz dried lavender 12oz water and 12oz sugar until sugar has dissolved.

Whiskey Peach Smash

  • 2oz Whiskey
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1/2oz Peach (fruit)
  • 1/2oz Mint Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Water
  • Mint

Muddle lemon and peach with simple syrup. Add water and whiskey. Shake and strain into highball with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and Peach Slice.

Mint Syrup

  • 3/4cup Water
  • 3/4cup Sugar
  • 2cups Mint

Bring water to a boil. Stir in sugar until it dissolves. Remove from fire. Stir in mint. Allow 2-4 hour to cool. Strain out mint.

Tom Collins

  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Simple Syrup
  • 1.5oz Gin
  • Club Soda

Mix ingredients over ice. Garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
