Payroll Issues Form

Hi Team! The purpose of this form is to expedite getting any payroll issues that you have fixed as quickly as possible. Please do keep in mind that we run payments/checks once a week. So the correction will not be made until the following payroll run on Tuesday. If we can ask for your assistance and please be patient with us. Calls and emails to the office after submitting this form is not necessary. If we have any additional questions or comments accounting will reach out to you direct otherwise you can count on this correction being made and sent out to the following Tuesday and you will receive the following Friday.
